Description
The tradition of preserving food is one of the civilizations of the people of Kalimantan that has been going on since time immemorial. This is based on the findings of several Ancient Human Bones or Fossils in the Gua Niah Sarawak National Park, the state of Malaysia which is located on the northern coast of the island of Borneo. In the findings it was stated that this ancient human group was a group of humans who consumed beef jerky or a type of beef that is preserved or dried. The tradition of preserving this food is still going on today, only the type of food is different. The preservation method used is still the same, but there are additional innovations in preserving food. If in the past the preserved food was beef, then as the times and conditions developed, the preserved food was fish.
